How do we describe this unique and incredible pub, you just have to visit to believe it! The Paris House is, unsurprisingly, a French themed café-bar, which easily becomes the liveliest bar in Hove as the evening arrives. Whether it’s jazz or Cuban music, there are live performances every day of the week, something that creates that wild atmosphere, with a core loyal customer base you will see along each day, all knowing each other by name and regularly dancing together once the music starts. You will feel like you’ve entered a scene from a movie, albeit you will struggle to say which movie (maybe the cat’s playing music from the Aristocats). Considering the focus on the live music, it can often be forgotten that they have a very interesting range of French food on offer, including the likes of coq au vin and boeuf bourguignon.
