Easy Tiger at The Hampton Brighton & Hove

If you wanted to find the best Indian food in Brighton, you might be surprised to hear it's at a pub rather than a restaurant, but this is the case for Easy Tiger. Chef Kanthi has grown a huge reputation and even runs cooking classes, where you can learn how to make some of the signature dishes. Check out the Keralan Fried Chicken and the paneer Kadai.

This is the Hampton pub on Upper North Street, however it went through a rebrand a few years ago. This is the same team that are also behind the incredibly popular The Pond, found close to the station. A consistent point with these two bars is the food is some of the best in the city.

The bar sells Blue Moon, making it a favourite of the Drinkspal team. Ther eare a number of craft beers available, plus plenty of prosecco and real ales.

There is also a small garden at the back where you can head out in the summer or if you need a smoke. 

This is a dog friendly pub with nice bar staff who are always more than happy to guide you through the drink options or to offer tips on the best dishes.
